Student lands coolest gig after networking at Feliciano Center event

Networking can be such a simple, yet powerful, thing.

Montclair State accounting student Yaroslav Tashak came to our March 4 “Entrepreneurial Journeys” event. Tashak took the initiative to introduce himself to one of the speakers, Jason Vitug, founder of Phroogal. That one action would lead to Vitug bringing Tashak onboard during Phroogal’s summer tour across the country. Tashak had a once-in-a-lifetime experience, all because he took the initiative to network and make a connection. You can read all about it in Tashak’s story in Business Insider.
