Mimi Feliciano

Mimi Feliciano was honored April 7 by Junior Achievement of New Jersey, when the nonprofit inducted her into the New Jersey Business Hall of Fame.

Friends, family and colleagues of Feliciano, who is co-founder and CEO of FEM Real Estate, came to the gala event at the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick. Montclair State alum Annette Catino, president and CEO of QualCare, was also honored, as was J. Peter Simon, co-chairman of William E. Simon and Sons.

Because Junior Achievement offers free educational programming for young people, the organization had students from local elementary and high schools introduce the honorees. Olivia Peterpaul, a fifth-grader at Oak Ridge Heights School 21 in Woodbridge, and Sonya Parekh, a student at Franklin High School in Somerset, introduced Feliciano.

Feliciano, along with her husband Eddie Feliciano, are the founders of the Feliciano Center for Entrepreneurship.
