We had a packed house for our March 19 “Taste of Entrepreneurship” event that we did in collaboration with the Department of Nutrition and Food Studies. More than 200 people sampled events from 16 food stations, followed by a keynote address by Bravo’s Top Chef Master Floyd Cardoz and then a panel discussion.

Panelists included:
Karan Fischer, founder and executive chef, Montclair Culinary Academy
Henry Goldstein, president/CEO, Nu Products Seasoning Company
Natale Grande, chef & CEO of The Flying Meatballs, and chef of Il Capriccio Restaurant
Djenaba Johnson-Jones, founder and CEO, Hudson Kitchen
Marc Oshima, chief marketing officer, AeroFarms

The moderator was Nancy Brannigan Painter, publisher and founder, Edible Jersey.
