The Montclair State University Program Management Office (PMO) is responsible for defining and monitoring the processes, governance and methodologies for disciplined Strategic Planning (Portfolio Management) and Tactical Execution (Project Management) to ensure the organization is doing the right things and optimally utilizing resources toward enterprise objectives.
