Methodology and Guidelines

The Program Management Office (PMO) has been established as a means of aligning projects and resources with the University’s strategic objectives and achieving a greater degree of success in the University’s IT projects.

The methodology serves as a guide to the organization as we seek to:

  • Identify opportunities
  • Estimate and propose project costs and benefits
  • Adequately plan and execute projects
  • Create and measure value
  • Prioritize investments and allocation of financial and human resources
