Schedule of Events
Commencement 2025 – Complimentary
- 6:45 a.m. – Meet at the Red Hawk Parking Deck on campus, outside Level 2.
- Bus departs campus for the Prudential Center, Newark, NJ, promptly at 7:00 a.m.
- 9:10 a.m. – Procession begins.
- As graduates of the Class of 1975, you are invited to lead the procession of candidates during the University’s 2025 Commencement ceremony. You will be garbed in academic regalia and given a commemorative golden anniversary stole to keep as a memento. Breakfast will be served at Prudential prior to the ceremony.
- Following the Ceremony: Commencement attendees will be invited to a casual lunch gathering hosted by the Office of Alumni Engagement.
- 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. – Coffee and Conversation – Complimentary, Feliciano School of Business Lobby
- Classmates will gather for coffee and conversation to reminisce, reconnect and hear from Montclair State University leadership.
- 10:30 a.m. – Class of 1975 Photo – Complimentary, Feliciano School of Business Lobby
- Members of the Class of 1975 will pose for a commemorative Class Photo which will be mailed to attendees after the events.
- 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Campus Shuttle Tour – Complimentary, Departs from Feliciano School of Business Lobby
- Take a guided shuttle tour of campus and relive your college days as you see the many changes since your time as a student. The tour will conclude with a stop at the University Bookstore. This will be a great opportunity to pick up Montclair State University attire or keepsakes.
- 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. – 50th Reunion Luncheon Honoring the Class of 1975, Feliciano School of Business, Room 140
- All alumni who graduated 50 years ago or more are encouraged to attend this delightful luncheon which includes a ceremony honoring the class of 1975. $60.00 per person includes lunch, parking and a $5 contribution to The Emergency Scholarship Fund.*Cost $60 per person.

Traveling from a distance?
A room block has been reserved for guests on 5/7-5/9. Room rates are $149 per night +taxes for either a King or Double Queen room. This rate includes breakfast and access to a shuttle to campus only. Call the hotel directly to book and mention the room block, Montclair State University 50th Reunion. Reservations must be made by 4/17/25.
