Mosaic Women is a drop-in discussion group where students who identify as Women of Color (cisgender or transgender) come together to share their experiences, give and receive support, make friendships, and celebrate one another. Women of Color are a mosaic of ethnic and cultural backgrounds, as well as sexual orientations, and all are welcomed!
Themes include: self-esteem, confidence, valuing our voices, managing stress, intersecting identities, relationships, body image, imposter issues, family issues, self-care, sharing resources, coping with racial trauma, microaggressions, and social stressors.
Group Meets Weekly on Wednesdays from 1-2 p.m. in the Student Center, Room 421. Starts Wednesday, September 21, 2022.
