Teaching Online with Impact: Workshop 3 — Beyond the Page

ITDS invites Montclair faculty to kick off the new Teaching Online with Impact workshop series with Workshop 3 – Beyond the Page: Strategies for Sourcing High-Quality, Diverse Course Content.
This workshop explores practical ways to enrich your courses with inclusive and multimodal materials. Participants will explore how to bring diverse perspectives into their courses through print resources like library collections and OER, as well as multimedia sources such as YouTube and self-created Panopto recordings. With Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles as a foundation, this session will highlight how to curate and create accessible, high-quality content that supports engagement and equity for all learners.
This workshop is designed for faculty at any level of experience, whether you are new to online teaching or looking to refresh your course design approach!
