PhD Student Presenting Original Research at Two Conferences
MSU doctoral candidate in Mathematics Education Alfred Limbere has presented at two conferences in a span of five days!

On April 7, 2021, Alfred presented his research entitled “Exploring Experienced Science Teachers’ Vision for Science Teaching” at the conference for the National Association of Research in Science Teaching (NARST). Then, on April 12, 2021, Alfred presented research from a different study entitled “Teaching Noticing and Leveraging of Student Thinking in Science Lessons and Debriefs of Classroom Videos” at the conference for the American Educational Research Association (AERA).
Alfred made these presentations alone, but had support from Mathematics faculty member Dr. Mika Munakata and Teaching and Learning faculty members Drs. Emily Klein and Monica Taylor. Congratulations Alfred, keep up the good work!
