The Analyzing Instruction in Mathematics Using the TRU Framework (AIM-TRU) research team at the University recently presented a session at the Association of Mathematics Teacher Educators annual conference in New Orleans, LA. The session supported mathematics teacher educators in facilitating collegial conversations in professional development settings. Participants of the session learned about the AIM-TRU professional development model, engaged in aspects of the model, and learned about facilitation structures that can guide conversations into collegiality and toward teacher learning. Congratulations to the AIM-TRU team!
