The Project Life Cycle

The Project Life Cycle is a step by step process that all project managers should follow when working on a project. It provides a framework for managing any type of project to increase its likelihood for success. The image below illustrates the phases involved and the deliverables required at each phase.

If you have any questions about the project life cycle please contact Sharif Akkara at akkaras@montclair.edu.
