The Web and Database committee is responsible for developing and maintaining the digital infrastructure that documents and communicates the University’s AI-related initiatives. While this section reflects the Working Group’s efforts to date, the subcommittee continues to expand and refine this work in coordination with other committees and partners across the University.

Expanding the AI initiatives directory. Continuing to identify and document AI-related initiatives, programs, and resources emerging across the Montclair community in order to maintain a comprehensive, community-informed directory, including the results of the recent AI survey for faculty, staff, and administrators.

Designing sustainable web structures. In anticipation of upcoming changes to University web governance and audience structuring, developing a model that connects a comprehensive internal directory of AI resources with an outward-facing page intended for broader public audiences.
