Messages displayed on the digital sign should be of general interest to the University community and the public. If the message is for an event, the event must be sponsored by the University or an approved partner and open to the public. The sign is not to be used for personal messages of any kind, or for promoting events and programs that are only open to students, faculty or staff.
Please note that all requests must be submitted at least 15 working days prior to the event start date.
