Art & Design Juried Exhibition at Finley Gallery

Montclair State University’s Department of Art and Design is excited to kick off the Spring 2026 semester with the Art & Design Juried Exhibition at Finley Gallery. The exhibition runs from January 21 through January 30, 2026, with an opening reception on Wednesday, January 21 from 2:00-4:00 pm.

This showcase features work from students in Visual Arts, Fashion Design and Merchandising, Illustration, Product Design, and Visual Communication Design, and Art Education programs. Eighty-four professors across five disciplines selected one student from each of their course sections, highlighting exceptional projects that demonstrate the creativity and potential cultivated in our studios.
The exhibition demonstrates the breadth and scope of our programs, and gives our community a wonderful opportunity to see what is being made and discovered in our studios here at Montclair State University.
