In addition, Ms. Gudas is a passionate advocate for expanding overall workplace diversity, and is a sought-after speaker and active member in organizations spearheading diversity initiatives, such as: Enterprising Women, The Committee of 200, Cosmetic Executive Women, Inc. (CEW), The Fashion Group International, Institute for Supply Management (ISM), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Resource Association of New York (HR/NY) and American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA). Ms. Gudas has also served on the New York City Workforce Investment Board.
A graduate of Smith College, Ms. Gudas is a native New Yorker, still residing in the city and actively participating in her community of Brooklyn Heights.
