America Solidaria Fellowship

America Solidaria is an international non profit organization that places fellows in local non profit organizations to help with issues in health, education and economic development. Applicants should have a desire to work with communities in poverty and inequality. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen OR permanent resident; be fluent in Spanish; have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 23-35 years old; experience working for non profit organizations; be able to volunteer abroad for a full year.

Kiva Fellows

Kiva is a non profit organization that gives financial access to under served communities. Kiva fellows immerse themselves in the culture and language of their region or host country. They also get behind-the-scenes look into microfinance, social enterprise and improving financial access around the world. Applicants must be 21 years old; fluent in English; able to travel in the U.S. for week-long training program after acceptance.

Princeton in Latin America

Princeton in Latin America is an affiliate of Princeton University and a non profit organization that offers yearlong fellowships in development work with community-oriented work in Latin America and the Caribbean. Applicants should have desire to pursue careers in international development. Applicants must be a senior or recent graduate.

Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange for Young Professionals (CBYX)

CBYX is a fellowship funding by the German Bundestag and U.S. Department of State, that annually provides 75 American and 75 German young professionals the opportunity to spend a year in each other’s countries, studying, interning, and living with hosts on a cultural immersion program. CBYX is open to candidates in all career fields who are interested in a year of academic, professional, and cultural exchange. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen; 18 1/2 – 24 years old; strong interest in German and world affairs.

Blakemore Freeman Fellowships

Blakemore Freeman Fellows are awarded for one year of full-time intensive academic study at the advanced level in East or Southeast Asia. Applicants must be pursing a career with regular use of the East or Southeast Asia language; have earned an undergraduate degree; be at or near an advanced level in the language; be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

William J. Clinton Fellowship for Service in India

The William J. Clinton Fellowship for Service in India is an immersive, 10-month volunteer service program matching young professionals with development organizations. Fellows work on development projects in the fields of education, livelihoods, and public health. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; be between 21-34 years of age; have a Bachelor’s degree.

Global Health Corps Fellowship

Global Health Corps is building a community to push forward global health equity. Applicants must be 30 years or younger; a Bachelor’s or undergraduate university degree; proficient in English; be a citizen of the U.S.

AVANGRID Foundation Scholarship

This program is geared towards students in their final year of study or recent graduates who want to continue their education in different areas such as data science, engineering (civil, electrical, environmental, mechanical and power), renewable energy and smart distribution networks.

Spiritual Ecology Fellowship Program

This program from the Kalliopeia Foundation, seeks to develop projects with the principles of spiritual ecology and that can be catalysts for change.

Winston Foundation for World Peace Fellowships

The Winston Foundation for World Peace supports undergraduate and graduate students with an interest in cooperative security, conflict resolution, and disarmament. Applicants are expected to work full-time with a non-profit organization. A stipend is provided for the duration of the project, which lasts from 2-4 months during the academic year or summer.
