Spring Children’s Swim Lessons

Montclair State Swimming & Diving will be hosting a five week Spring Children’s Swim Lesson programs. Signing up for these lessons will help offset the cost of each athlete’s payment for the Team Winter Training Trip. Lessons begin Monday, April 7 and end Monday, April 5. Registration is now open. Please contact mclaughlinb@mail.montclair.edu with any questions.

University Communications and Marketing is always looking for stories to tell and share about our students, faculty and staff.

We are interested in showcasing members of our University community who are doing something noteworthy — whether in the classroom, through research, internships, jobs, hobbies or unique personal experiences.

If you or someone you know has a compelling story to share, please fill out this form. Faculty and staff may also submit on behalf of students who express interest.

  • Jason Williams (Justice Studies) was featured in this Yahoo! News article highlighting the severity of organized retail theft in New Jersey and the influence of media-driven policy decisions. He was also cited in this AOL article about lawmakers putting forward bills to tackle key issues and to bring attention to their main concerns.
  • Emily Douglas (Social Work) was cited in this Texas Public Radio story talking about how changes in Texas’ policies and definitions may be artificially lowering reported child abuse and neglect fatalities rather than reflecting a true decline.
  • Gabriel Rubin (Justice Studies) was featured in this Vox article talking about how Gen Z’s constant exposure to crime and danger on social media makes them believe the world is more dangerous than it really is.
