Part Time Enrollment Form. -- Use this form to declare your intenetion to enroll as a part-time student for the Fall 2009 semester.

Instructions for Students Taking Courses at Another Institution -- Follow instructions on this form to be considered for retaining financial aid eligibility while attending another institution.
