Eligibility to Register-Current or Returning Students
Students who are enrolled for the Fall 2012 semester and who are eligible to register were assigned a Registration Priority. The Registration Priority assignment is not an appointment. It is the specific date and time at which point the student will be able to access WESS for registration. Students can register anytime after this point. Students must obtain their personal Registration Priority assignment by logging on to WESS at wfs.montclair.edu. After logging on to WESS, select Registration Status (below the heading "Registration"), then select the appropriate term (semester). Students can now identify their Registration Priority on WESS. Registration Priority assignments will be between November 5 - 12, 2012.

Undergraduate students who are enrolled for the Fall 2012 semester were assigned a Registration Priority according to the number of credits earned. Credits for which students are enrolled during the Fall 2012 semester are not counted toward credits earned.

Graduate students who are enrolled for the Fall 2012 semester were assigned a Registration Priority according to the number of credits earned and within their classification status. Students who have matriculated into their given program will be assigned a higher priority than those with deferred matriculated, conditionally matriculated, and non-degree status. Credits for which students are enrolled during the Fall 2012 semester are not counted toward credits earned.

Undergraduate and Graduate students who were enrolled for either the Spring 2012 semester or Summer Sessions 2012 but are not enrolled for the Fall 2012 semester and did not graduate in either May 2012 or August 2012 should contact the Office of the Registrar at (973) 655-4376 or e-mail: registrar@mail.montclair.edu to determine eligibility to register. See WESS System Availability and Registration Chart for registration dates and times.
