You can also accelerate your goals through a 4+1 combined BS/MS program in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Data Science.
ABET Accreditation
The Computer Science BS program is accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission of ABET, under the commission's General Criteria and Program Criteria for Computer Science. This is one of the four commissions operated by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). Our accreditation paired with an expanding team of faculty that have diverse specialties ensures your experience will help you stand out to employers.
Computer Science Minor
The Minor in Computer Science gives you the technical foundation to enhance your primary field of study with valuable computing skills. Whether you’re majoring in business, science, math, the arts, or humanities, this minor helps you build proficiency in programming and algorithms – skills that are in high demand across industries.
You’ll take coursework in core areas of computer science, including software development and systems design, while developing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. This program is ideal if you’re interested in adding coding and computational thinking to your academic or professional portfolio.
