Biography
Prior to joining CAPS, Jackie spent nine years in the real estate industry, beginning on a nationally ranked team in New York City before building a successful business in New Jersey. She specialized in luxury new development and resale condominiums throughout Northern New Jersey and was recognized as one of New Jersey's top-performing real estate agents in 2022.
Earlier in her career, Jackie gained experience in television, film, and editorial media, developing strong skills in operations, project coordination, and creative problem-solving while earning her degree in Journalism & Media Studies from Rutgers University–Newark.
At CAPS, Jackie leverages her diverse professional background to support students with efficiency, empathy, and organization. She excels at managing competing priorities, streamlining processes, and ensuring students are connected with the appropriate campus resources. Her ability to think quickly, communicate effectively, and build meaningful relationships allows her to create a positive and supportive experience for every student seeking services at CAPS.
