Biography

My name is Jennifer DeNicolis Bragger. I graduated from Temple University in 1997. I have a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology, which is the study of behavior in the work place and deals with issues such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment and how to select individuals for given positions in an organization. I teach graduate and undergraduate courses in Leadership and Performance Management and Personnel Psychology as well as undergraduate courses in Leadership, Personnel Psychology, and Organizational Psychology. I conduct research on stereotype in the job interview, work family conflict, leadership, and person-organizational fit and work family conflict. I am married with four children.
