BIOGRAPHY

Jennifer C. Johnson is an adjunct faculty member at Bloomfield College at Montclair State University and the Founder & CEO of Mindsight Lab, an education, human development, and technology company focused on strengthening the human capabilities people need to learn, adapt, connect, lead, and thrive.

At Montclair, Jennifer teaches Writing Across the Disciplines and collaborates with university and community partners on workforce development and educational initiatives. Through Mindsight Lab, she works with Montclair State University on programs that integrate education, professional development, human development, technology, and participant support to expand pathways to learning and career opportunity.

Jennifer’s work draws on psychology, neuroscience, education, technology, and human-centered design to translate research and complex ideas into practical learning experiences and systems. Her career spans more than two decades across healthcare, higher education, entrepreneurship, and creative leadership, with experience developing organizations, products, educational initiatives, and cross-sector partnerships.

Her current work focuses on developing and studying approaches that strengthen Human Readiness™—the capacities that help people navigate learning, work, relationships, change, and an increasingly complex world.
