Lora Yao

Biography

Qian (Lora) is an Instructional Designer on the ITDS team at Montclair State University. She partners with faculty across undergraduate and graduate programs to design engaging, accessible, and student-centered learning experiences across online, hybrid, and face-to-face courses.

Her interests include enhancing student engagement through interactive course design and applying student-centered approaches that promote meaningful learning. She is committed to collaborating with faculty to create inclusive learning environments that support student success.

She holds an M.A. in Public and Organizational Relations from Montclair State University.
