Biography
Michelle Affinito currently serves as Executive Assistant in the Office of University Counsel, where she directly supports the University Counsel as well as the Director of Institutional Compliance and Title IX Coordinator. Her role focuses on Title IX and Equal Employment Opportunity, assisting with investigatory case management, university compliance as they relate to policies and legal regulations, and provides support for special projects and initiatives within the legal department. Prior to this role, Michelle gained valuable higher education experience as Administrative Assistant directly supporting the Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs at Montclair State University.
