Biography

Zhu Zhu (PhD) is Chair of the Department of Management and Associate Professor of Strategy at the Feliciano School of Business, Montclair State University. Her research examines how organizational and executive-level signals shape firm outcomes, with a particular focus on corporate governance, digital transformation, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. Drawing on network theory and relational perspectives, her work explores how leadership values, board and top management team characteristics, and strategic disclosures influence firm behavior and performance, especially in global and institutional contexts.
