Anyone with a NetID and password can access Panopto; however, that does not automatically allow you to create and upload videos to Panopto. Faculty and staff can give themselves creator access via Canvas by following these steps:
Navigate to any Canvas course you are a Teacher in and click Settings.
Select the Navigation tab.
Click on the options icon to the right of the Panopto Recordings tab.
Click +Enable.
Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
The Panopto Recordings tab will now be in your Course Menu. Click on this tab. Once the Panopto Recordings Page loads, you will have Creator access in Panopto.
