Upcoming Events
- The Employee Health and Safety Fair will take place Wednesday, May 10, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the Student Center Ballrooms. Professional staff and experts from both Atlantic Health and the University will be on-site to meet with participants and discuss improving safety and staying healthy. Health screenings, giveaways, and light refreshments will be available. For more information, contact Irene Quinones, quinonesi@montclair.edu
- Employees are invited to enjoy prime field-level seats at Yankee Stadium for the game between the New York Yankees and Tampa Bay Rays on Thursday, May 11. A portion of every ticket sold will benefit the Charles J. Muth Museum of Hinchliffe Stadium. Each special event ticket includes a bobblehead of legendary pitcher Satchel Paige.

- Rocky’s Closet is accepting donations of Montclair caps and gowns to help students celebrate their accomplishments at Commencement. For more information please contact, rockyscloset@montclair.edu or escobark@montclair.edu.
- Final grades are to be submitted for the full spring 2023 term by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, May 22. For more information and deadlines for partial terms, use this guide or contact the Office of the Registrar at registrar@montclair.edu.
- Several elevators on campus are scheduled for testing and will not be operating on certain dates and times. Visit the elevator testing schedule news item for the latest information.
- The four-day summer work schedule for eligible University employees will begin Monday, June 5 and end August 7. Eligible employees will work 8.75 hours per day, Monday through Thursday and have Fridays off. The University will be closed on Friday, June 16, for Juneteenth and on Monday, July 4. Regular schedules will apply during these weeks.
