Complete learning agreement. Submit completed document to your Co-op Faculty Instructor
Site Supervisors will be e-mailed through Hire a Red Hawk regarding completing midterm evaluation
Students will be emailed through Hire a Red Hawk regarding the midterm evaluation
Students will be responsible for submitting completed employer midterm evaluation which can be accessed through Hire a Red Hawk
Beginning April 5
Co-Op Faculty advisor will begin arranging site visits if applicable. Student should help faculty advisor coordinate this meeting if needed.
Site Supervisors will be e-mailed through Hire a Red Hawk regarding the completion of the final evaluation
Students will be sent an email through Hire a Red Hawk regarding the final evaluation
Students will be responsible for submitting the completed employer final evaluation to faculty advisor which can be accessed through Hire a Red Hawk
Students should complete Student Self Evaluation on Hire a Red Hawk
Last day of the co-op term
May 24 – 26
Faculty post grades. Process “credit adjustment” form if applicable.
