Beatriz Manetta is the Founder, President and CEO of Argent Associates and Asociar LLC. As a young girl, Beatriz emigrated from Argentina to Elizabeth, New Jersey. No stranger to hard work, Manetta earned both of her degrees while working full time. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Studies from Seaton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Accounting from Rutgers University.

Betty’s leadership style blends a history of industry expertise with visionary thinking. Prior to her current roles, she worked in corporate America for twenty years where she developed skills in the areas of International business, human resources, sales, technical support, and quality management.

Her executive track record and work ethic towards maintaining an impeccable reputation and exceeding customer expectations has led to the success of two multimillion dollar companies. Argent is a tech-centric and software development and integration firm and Asociar, is a global firm delivering complete end-to-end supply chain optimization solutions and manufacturing capabilities.

Manetta’s exemplary leadership and commitment to community has earned her numerous awards such as: WBCS Parade of Stars MBE of the Year, TAMACC Business Woman of the Year, WBE Hall of Fame Inductee, GE Million Dollar Club, USHCC Hispanic Businesswoman of the Year, DFW Airport Champions of Diversity and D/FW MSDC Minority Advocate of the Year.

Betty serves on the Board of Directors of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, D/FW MSDC, Women’s Business Council Southwest and Seton Hall University, Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), and D/FW Hispanic 100, and is the current Chairwoman of the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Manetta believes her success is interdependent to the success of the communities and therefore works tirelessly to act as a change agent and champion of diversity and inclusion.
