Lisa Hirsh

Lisa Hirsh is the President of Accurate Box, located in Paterson New Jersey.  Accurate Box is a leading manufacturer of high graphics corrugated packaging, displays, e-commerce packaging.  The company ships nationally to manufacturers of worldwide recognized consumer products in the food and beverage industry as well as many other markets.  Accurate Box is a third generation, family-run business founded in 1944. After graduating from Smith College, Lisa joined her father in the family business. She worked in various jobs and led many projects in every area of the company before being appointed President in 1998. Lisa has led Accurate Box in several multi-million dollar expansion and modernization programs that has helped the company successfully grow to meet the challenges of their large customer base. They compete with very large national companies in their space.  Lisa’s commitment to investing in cutting edge technology and specialty applications has been a driving force behind Accurate Box’s successful niche in the packaging industry. In 2019, Accurate Box was voted one of the top workplaces to work in New Jersey by its employees.
