Integrating STEM Disciplines through Debugging

MSU Mathematics Education doctoral students Toni York and Erell Germia recently presented research at the American Educational Research Association national conference. They presented alongside Mathematics faculty member Dr. Nicole Panorkou. They discussed the design of an integrated debugging task and students’ use of integrated STEM reasoning while engaging with the task to illustrate how debugging can act as a conceptual bridge between the STEM disciplines. Congratulations to Toni and Erell, well done!
