Presentation at NCSM 2021

Doctoral student Katie Monahan recently presented alongside MSU faculty Dr. Joseph DiNapoli and Kennesaw State University faculty Dr. Jennifer Ward at the annual meeting of the National Council of Supervisors of Mathematics (NCSM). Because of the virtual medium of this year’s meeting, this talk was included as a special lecture in the NCSM Beyond The Conference experience. This presentation addressed the conceptualization of instructional perseverance in early-childhood mathematics settings and detailed empirical findings regarding the careful coordination of perseverance between preschool children and their mathematics teachers. Congratulations to Katie!
