This summer, doctoral candidate Amanda Provost gave two presentations at the 15th International Congress on Mathematical Instruction (ICME) in Sydney, Australia. The first was about “Eliciting Students’ Covariational Reasoning in Investigations of Science Phenomena” and the second was about “Students’ Constructions and Reorganizations of Meanings about Multivariation.” These presentations were the outcomes of Amanda’s work as a graduate research assistant working with Dr. Panorkou on her project integrating math and science learning through interactive simulations.
Great job Amanda!
