Team Biography
The Montclair State Men’s Club Basketball Team was founded in the 2011-2012 academic year. The Men’s Club Basketball Team still holds onto the values of its inception, which are an atmosphere of community and family, teamwork, and having fun in addition to competitively and proudly representing Montclair State University. In 2018, the team traveled to Ohio State to compete in the NIRSA National Championship Tournament. In April 2019, the team traveled to the NIRSA National Championship Tournament in Wichita, Kansas. We are in our 10th year competing in the National Club Basketball Association and looking forward to the continued upward progression of our program, with the intention of competing at and winning both the NCBBA North Atlantic Regional Championship and the NCBBA National Championship Tournaments.
