Fitness provides you with dynamic Group X classes, Personal Training sessions and programs dedicated to shaping your body. The entire staff possesses an expertise in their respective area of Fitness and are here to work with you. Group X

Group X classes range from yoga, kickboxing, zumba, TRX, cycling and many others! Classes range from 30 minutes to one hour and generally have between 10 and 20 people per class.
