The entire staff possesses an expertise in their respective area of Fitness and are here to work with you. Group Exercise

Group Exercise classes range from yoga, kickboxing, zumba, TRX, cycling and many others! Classes range from 30 minutes to one hour and generally have between 10 and 20 people per class.

Personal Training

All personal trainers have a passion for exercise and a strong desire to help others reach their fitness goals. You can work one-on-one or purchase a group session package!
