Biography: The Montclair State University Men’s rugby club was started in Fall of 1997
with the intention of developing opportunities for student-athletes to compete in the
fastest-growing sport in America on the collegiate level. We compete in the Tristate
Rugby Conference under the jurisdiction of the National College Rugby Association. Our
15s season competes in the fall and the 7s season competes in the spring. Our history
includes two trips to the USA Rugby National Collegiate playoffs in 2012 and 2013
where we were ranked in the top 12 in Division II.
No experience necessary! All levels of athletes are welcome!
