  • Fall 2012

    The Fall 2012 Schedule of Courses Book is now available online. The Schedule of Courses Book provides access to academic regulations, calendar of dates/deadlines and registration procedures.

    Students who are enrolled for the Spring 2012 semester and who are eligible to register were assigned a Registration Priority. The Registration Priority assignment is a specific date and time at which point the student will be able to register through WESS. Students must obtain their personal Registration Priority assignment by logging on to WESS at wfs.montclair.edu. After logging on to WESS, select Registration Status (below the heading “Registration”), then select the appropriate term (semester). Registration Priority assignments will be between April 9 -16, 2012.

  03/27/12 Withdrawal deadline no refund/adjustment for full term Spring 2012 semester courses
  04/09/12 Registration for Fall 2012 and Summer Sessions 2012 began
  05/3/12 - 05/09/12 Final Exams for Spring 2012 semester
  05/14/12 Instructor deadline for submission of Spring 2012 final grades
  05/15/12 Grades for the Spring 2012 semester will be available through WESS
  07/02/12 Deadline for submission of grade changes for Incompletes received during the Spring 2012 semester

*NOTE:  IF YOU HAVE A HOLD ON YOUR RECORD, YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR WITHDRAWAL IN WRITING BY THE DEADLINE - IT CANNOT BE SUBMITTED ON WESS. Notification to the instructor or failure to make payment of tuition does not constitute an official withdrawal from the University or withdrawal from individual courses. Should you decide not to attend any or all of your courses, you must withdraw by the established deadlines.

Withdrawals may be submitted online via WESS or in writing. Consult the Schedule of Courses Book for withdrawal procedures and deadlines.
