Start your application by registering through Montclair's online application portal. Once registered, you'll be able to upload documents, track your application status and manage required materials in one place.

  • Online Application: Submit application ($60 non-refundable fee unless waived)
  • Eligibility by Start Term:
    • Spring 2027: This term is available to current Montclair State University master's students.
    • Fall 2027: The program is open to all qualified applicants.
  • Applicants currently enrolled in a graduate program must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 in their respective graduate program.
  • Applicants not currently enrolled in an undergraduate program must have an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or better and a background or experience in health systems and/or public health.
