Supervisor, Administrative Services Certification (Online)
- Certificate
If you’re ready to expand your influence beyond your own classroom, Montclair’s Supervisor Certification (Post-Master’s) program will prepare you to lead instructional improvement across a school or district.
Designed for educators who already hold a master’s degree, a New Jersey teaching or educational services certificate and three years of experience, this fully online, 12-credit program meets the NJDOE requirements for Supervisor certification. You’ll learn how to support and evaluate teachers, lead curriculum development, and use data to drive meaningful change in teaching and learning.
Coursework explores supervision theory, instructional leadership, and the creation of equitable, engaging educational environments. You’ll work closely with faculty who are experienced school leaders, gaining practical insights you can apply immediately in your current role.
The flexible, asynchronous format allows you to balance your professional responsibilities while completing your certification. When you finish, you’ll be equipped to take on leadership positions such as curriculum coordinator or instructional coach – roles where you can guide colleagues and impact student achievement on a broader scale.
If you’re ready to lead with confidence and help shape the future of teaching and learning, Montclair’s Supervisor Certification program can get you there.
