Khalid is a Senior Exercise Science major with a focus in clinical education and pre-professional studies; he also has a minor in sports nutrition. Khalid is an ACSM certified personal trainer and plans to receive the NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialization as well as the ACSM Exercise Physiologist certification upon graduation. Over his years as a trainer, Khalid has realized that his passion is less about giving out workouts, but more about changing lives through improving people’s health and fitness and providing them with a safe space where they can vent and be themselves.
Gabriel is a graduate student and finished undergrad Winter 2020-21 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports and Conditioning. He is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He has been training clients for a year from different age groups and backgrounds and loves working with people. His specialty is strength training and muscle building but is comfortable making work out programs custom to your needs. His favorite hobbies are working out, listening to music and watching anime.
Faith is a junior who is majoring in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics with a minor in Sports Nutrition. She had participated in a variety of sports including gymnastics, tennis, soccer and wrestling. Through her experience as an athlete, she has developed a passion for healthy living and has learned the significant role nutrition plays in optimizing an individual’s athletic performance, as well as their overall health. In the future, Faith hopes to become a Registered Dietitian and specialize in sports nutrition. Her favorite quote is “If you really want something, you’ll find a way.
