Welcome To The Lifting Club

To become a member of the Lifting Club, a member must perform one repetition of each of the following: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. After all 3 lifts are successfully completed, the total weight is added up. To be a member of the 250lb club, the total weight lifted must be 250lbs or greater. To become a part of the 500 clubs, the total weight lifted must be 500lbs or greater. To be a part of the 1000lb club, the total weight lifted must be 1000lbs or greater. All members of the club will receive a t-shirt and their picture on the website. Read more here about the rules of the lifting club.

To Participate: Fill out this Google Form to set up an appointment with our personal trainers who will act as judges and spotters for your lifts. This challenge is ongoing and can be completed anytime during the semester and you may re‐test at any time as well

Cost: Free for students with valid Montclair State ID
