What Are Rec Nights?
Wellness at Campus Recreation stretches beyond the fitness floors—we’re more than just a gym! Rec Nights are all about supporting your social and emotional wellness while having fun. From crafting and essential oils to food nights, seasonal celebrations, mini golf, and exciting competitions, there’s always something new to enjoy. Whether you come with friends or show up solo, it’s the perfect chance to relax, connect, and meet new people. Join us every Tuesday from 7–9pm in the Student Recreation Center for fun and relaxation!

Similar to carnival darts, but with bows and padded foam-tipped arrows!
