Ashley Vizcaino Receives Summer 2018 Berlin Cultural Vistas Fellowship

Ashley Vizcaino, a junior majoring in International Justice and minoring in German, has been selected as one of 12 students in the United States to receive a Summer 2018 Berlin Cultural Vistas Fellowship. The internship focuses on civic engagement and youth involvement, and includes everything from round-trip airfare to housing in Berlin for the two-month internship.
Vizcaino said she’s always aspired to study abroad to "experience something that I’ve never experienced before." She’s long had an interest in learning other languages. She already speaks Spanish and felt that learning even more languages would diversify her resume and help her tap into an even broader set of opportunities like this fellowship program.
