The Department of Computer Science at Montclair State supports the Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science BS, Information Technology BS, and Data Science. The Computer Science BS degree is accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission (CAC), one of the four commissions operated by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). At the graduate level, we offer a Master of Science degree in Computer Science MS, Information Technology MS, Cybersecurity MS, Data Science MS and a Professional Science Masters in Applied Information Technology.
For other students looking to enhance their education we offer a minor in Computer Science, a certificate program in Computing Technology, a CISCO Networking Academy and a sequence of graduate level computing courses for those without a background in computing.
