Mathematics education graduate students Andre Perkoski, Malack Amenya, and Rachael Cane recently presented their paper Affordances and Challenges of Implementing Mathematical Modeling in Secondary Classrooms: Teachers’ Perspectives at the International Conference of Education, Research, and Innovation. This paper reported on original research conducted in Dr. DiNapoli’s Research on Mathematical Modeling Education doctoral course.
