Investigating Instructional Enactments in Undergraduate Precalculus and their Relationships to Students' Attitudes Towards Mathematics and Perseverance in Problem-solving presented by Amy Daniel and Joseph DiNapoli at the 2023 NE-RUME Conference

Doctoral student Amy Daniel and Math Ed faculty Joseph DiNapoli presented their research at the virtual 7th Northeastern Conference on Research in Undergraduate Mathematics Education. Their findings suggest that although high-quality curricular materials may support the development of positive attitudes toward mathematics and improved perseverance in problem-solving, this potential is influenced by professors’ pedagogical choices.
