Get Your Summer Parking Permit!

Starting May 1, 2025, Summer Parking Permits will be available for purchase online.

A valid permit is required to park on campus. Please carefully review the information below before purchasing your permit. You can view full details about the Parking Regulations.

How To Get Your Permit

  1. Log into the Parking Portal with your NetID and password.
  2. After logging in, Select “Get a Permit”
  3. Click “Next” and “Select Permit and Permit Agreement”
  4. Pay for Your Permit
  5. Your Permit is virtual and will be attached to your license plate.

Important Details

  • Summer permits are valid from May 1, 2025 through August 28, 2025.
  • Permits are issued based on enrollment status and student classification, using information provided by the Office of the Registrar.
  • Students enrolled in Summer Session courses may purchase:
    • General/Commuter Permit: $25.00 (plus tax)
    • Red Hawk Deck Permit: $50.00 (plus tax)
  • Students not enrolled in summer classes but planning to park on campus may purchase a General/Commuter permit for $25.00 (plus tax).
  • Students who held an Academic Year 2024–2025 permit, including NJ Transit permit holders, must purchase a summer permit to park on campus during the summer months.

Daily Parking Options

  • Red Hawk Deck: Daily parking is available. View Rates.
  • Pay-by-Phone: Pay by Phone is available in all General (yellow) Commuter lots for visitors and short-term parking. View Pay-by-Phone Options.

Looking Ahead to Fall 2025

Fall permits will go on sale starting August 1, 2025. More information will be sent out during the summer — be sure to check your University email for updates.
