Spotlight on Alumni – Spring 2012

Students graduating from the College of the Arts go on to pursue successful careers as actors, dancers, directors, choreographers, technicians, producers, filmmakers, teachers and arts administrators, among others. The alumni are part of our extended family and their successes are our successes. And, those successes are numerous as evidenced by the following achievements of our distinguished alumni in their respective fields.

Art and Design

A solo exhibition, entitled “The Clockmaker’s Apprentice,” by NATHAN SKILES (MFA 2006) was held recently at the Hunterdon Museum in Clinton, N.J. Read the review in The Star Ledger.

Music

In November, CAROLYN DACHINGER (Music Therapy – ’06) presented The Rational-Scientific Mediating Model (R-SMM): A Framework for Scientific Research in Music Therapy with Shannon K. de l’Etoile and Linda Lathroum at the American Music Therapy Association national conference in Atlanta, GA.
