College of Education and Human Services building on a sunny day

College of Education and Human Services

Dear CEHS Students,

We understand that many of you may have concerns about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on your communities, families, and academic success. We want you to know that we will SOAR above this difficult time and we will get through it together.

With that said, as the extended Spring Break comes to a close, we’d like to welcome you back! Your faculty are eager to (re)engage you virtually through online courses and our advisors are looking forward to helping you successfully complete the semester and plan for the following.

To adhere to the social distancing guidelines, we have made a few changes to our availability and schedules. Members of our College are available remotely to answer all of your questions, walk you through the upcoming registration process, or just check in!

As always, undergraduate students can reach their academic advisor by booking an appointment through Navigate; and graduate students can reach their program coordinator directly via email. If you wish to virtually meet with anyone from career services, you can schedule an appointment via Hire a Red Hawk.  And of course, the ADP Center is available for you with remote support services available Monday through Friday from 9am-4pm; just go to their website and click on their Live Chat icon! Lastly, if you need to reach your professor or anyone in the academic department, they are just an email or phone call away.

Lastly, I’d like to say in advance how grateful we are for your patience, understanding, and resiliency in meeting this unparalleled challenge. Our collective approach will set the tone of success for the remainder of the semester and once again, together, we will get through this! We encourage you to stay in the know by checking the University’s website for updates on the Coronavirus.

Be safe and stay well.
